Sharpening / grinding a chainsaw chain

We’ll gladly sharpen your chainsaw chains too. See link: https://holzblatt.com/schaerf-service/

For this we use our Stihl USG, which can be freely configured for every kind of saw tooth.

We stick to Stihl’s angle specifications, and if it’s another make of chain we check whether an original grinding angle can still be measured, which we can then set up.

Sharpening with the USG has the advantage that 99% of all sharpening errors are ruled out from the outset, as the grinding pressure, the angle setting, the depth gauge and much more are always the same.

The sharpening results are equivalent to a fresh factory grind and can then be touched up by hand a few more times with better results, if you want to.
