For a housing association in Berlin-Rudow we secured a fire department access road against illegally parked cars. First the old foundations of the previous barrier had to come out, then two new point foundations went in. On top of them now stand two removable red-and-white bollards with triangular locks – the fire department pulls them out with a triangular key in seconds, everyone else stays out. We mounted the “fire department access” sign while we were at it. A small job, but in an emergency this is exactly what counts. 🙂 We take on barriers and access protection like this in Berlin and Oberhavel.
