Before handover to the new tenant, we put a flat in Berlin-Pankow back in full working order – a job we do regularly for housing associations and landlords. In the double box windows we replaced the seals and swapped out broken panes, made all windows and doors open and close properly again and checked every fitting. The entrance door got new fittings including a new lock cylinder. Repairs like these at tenant changeover are part of our standard repertoire in Berlin and Oberhavel – and by now they make up a large share of our work.
